STM entered Nepal with a vision to rebuild the boundaries of connectivity by reaching out to the villages. Through World Bank financing, and under license from the government of Nepal, STM implemented a turn key project including installation and full network operation and local maintenance to bring much needed communications to the remotest villages of Nepal.

STM has expanded its network and has also enhanced the service offering to include PCOs, individual subscriber lines, internet based telecenters, village internet kiosk, tele-medicine based health centers.

For International long distance services we bring carrier class values by operating with tier 1 carriers for termination and origination both on traditional voice network or on IP.

We use multiple gateways for connectivity to PSTN and other network.
